We are currently looking for sessional interpreters in different languages in different areas of the Highlands
and Moray
to join the HITS team. If you speak fluent English and another language to native standard, we would like to hear from you.
At present, we are particularly interested in interpreters who speak:
Arabic
Bengali
Bulgarian
Hungarian
Italian
Latvian
Lithuanian
Portuguese
Romanian
Vietnamese
You must live and/or work in the Highlands and Moray, have some experience in interpreting and be willing to attend regular training and spend time to develop skills and knowledge in different subject areas.
We also require sessional translators in certain languages. You must live in Scotland, have some experience in translation and possess excellent written communication skills in English and another language, and be willing to spend time to develop skills and knowledge in different subject areas.
